We improved the composition of the feed medium for antibody production using the culture optimization support software "CellTune" equipped with our AI "Epistra Accelarate". As a result of a series of optimizations, we discovered a medium composition that increased antibody production by approximately 40% compared to the composition before optimization.

We performed condition optimization of a new assay for drug screening. Human researchers and Epistra Accelarate performed the optimization independently and compared the results. The conditions discovered by Epistra Accelarate improved the sensitivity of the conditions discovered by humans by 46% and 12%. In addition, while it took human researchers 4.5 months to complete the search, Epistra Accelarate completed the search in 2.5 months, successfully reducing the research and development time by 44%.

We optimized the medium composition for our client's mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) using Epistra Accelarate. After four months of condition testing, we discovered a medium composition that offers superior proliferation and significantly reduces raw material costs. All of the media we developed are animal origin free (AOF), meaning they do not contain any animal or human derived factors.
